I am ready for spring.

The poor tulips in our front garden seem to have given up on growing. The started out when the weather broke a couple of weeks back, they even seem to have survived the snow. But now - well they aren’t dead but they’re not showing many signs of life either.

I don’t blame them, it’s April and the ground’s frozen again.

I am sick and tired of bundling up before I walk the dog in the morning. I put my toque away every night hoping that it will stay put away until the fall.

It’s supposed to snow on Friday - yep, you heard me - it’s supposed to snow!

Anyway, other than the fact that it’s still winter in April, things are going ok.

I am worried about my brother because he’s procrastinating doing his math work and if he procrastinates too much longer he’s not going to be able to go to college this year. He knows this and still he procrastinates.

I am worried about my Mom because it’s not right that we should be financially stable while she has to work two jobs at the age of 57. But she won’t accept any help from us.

I am worried about my brother-in-law because he doesn’t seem to know where he wants to be - and as a result doesn’t seem to be heading in any direction at all.

Ah, sigh…
