   Hmm…how odd. I guess I’ve been lucky in the sense that my work places, while being far from ideal, have generally been hospitable. It seems like your boss was angling for a fight from the very beginning, especially given his performance evaluation comment. I wonder if there is some other source of angst that existed in his life (not necessarily related to you). Hope things return to normal today.
